冯绍雷

   冯绍雷,华东师范大学国际关系与地区发展研究院院长,俄罗斯研究中心主任,教授、博士生导师。兼任俄罗斯瓦尔代论坛7人国际顾问委员会委员、教育部综合学部学部委员、中国国际关系学会副会长、中国俄罗斯东欧中亚学会副会长、上海国际关系学会副会长、上海国际战略学会副会长、上海欧洲学会副会长、上海2010年世博会国际事务咨询专家、上海市政府聘请的会议大使等职,并历任中俄友好、和平与发展委员会中方委员、教育部社会科学委员会委员、上海市立法咨询委员、上海市政府决策咨询专家、上海市政府外事咨询专家、联合国开发署CIS国家宏观经济问题专家等职务。
 
    专攻俄罗斯问题及战后国际关系。主要研究领域:俄罗斯政治、外交、社会转型、大国关系、国际政治理论等。
 
   冯绍雷教授1986-87年赴前苏联留学后,自90年代以来,相继在美国J•霍普金斯大学高级国际研究院、弗吉尼亚大学、法国国际关系研究中心、巴黎高师、巴黎第八大学、俄罗斯科学院远东所、东方所、卡耐基莫斯科中心、莫斯科高等经济大学、澳大利亚国立堪培拉大学和拉筹伯大学、德国汉堡大学社会科学学院、爱贡巴尔国际和平和安全研究中心、日内瓦国际安全研究中心、日内瓦高级国际研究院、英国皇家国际问题研究所、日本北海道大学斯拉夫研究中心、日本东京联合国大学等重要机构作中长期访问研究和讲学,建立了丰富的国际学术合作关系。多年来,他一直与俄罗斯、欧美等国家学术界以及政界高层人士保持密切的交往。如俄罗斯总统夫人普京娜访问华东师范大学并向冯绍雷教授领衔的俄中心赠书。冯绍雷教授不仅与俄罗斯、美国与欧洲的资深学者和决策专家保持深入的交往,而且与美国总统前安全事务顾问、著名战略家布热津斯基、俄罗斯前经济部长叶甫盖尼•亚辛等一批顶级人物建立了学术交往关系。
 
   从2006年以来,冯绍雷教授参加了由普京和麦德韦杰夫总统亲自召集并参与座谈交流的每年一度的“瓦尔代论坛”。这是目前国际俄罗斯研究界最高端的国际学术与交流论坛。2010年起担任瓦尔代国际论坛7人国际顾问委员会成员。此外,他多次参与英国外交部组织的“Wilton Park ”国际学术研讨会等高层国际会议。

   迄今为止,冯绍雷教授已公开发表学术论文100余篇,出版学术著作多部,其中3部为独著,8部为主编或第一作者,2部为合著,1部为译著。其中《制度变迁与对外关系——1992年以来的俄罗斯》获教育部第三届全国高校优秀成果一等奖;《转型时代丛书》荣获上海市第八届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖(2006年)。
