Oksana Antonenko Brief introduction of Professor：
Oksana Antonenko joined EBRD in 2011 after spending 15 years at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) where she was a Senior Fellow overseeing IISS work in Russia, Central Asia, the Caucasus and the Western CIS. Oksana’s research focused on domestic political evolutions, security challenges, and foreign policy issues in Eurasia. She published extensively on regional topics including Russia’s relations with the EU and NATO, arms control issues, protracted conflicts in Eurasia, energy security and regional cooperation in the Black Sea area. Oksana hold degrees in Political Economy from Moscow State University and in Public Policy from John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
