Mr. Qiu Changen’s investiture and talk at SAIAS

    On April 29, 2015, SAIAS held a ceremony in honor of Mr. Qiu Changen’s investiture as director of the Research Institute of Cross-Strait Exchanges and Development at East China Normal University. Professor Feng Shaolei, Dean of SAIAS, chaired the ceremony and delivered a welcome address to Mr. Qiu. All SAIAS faculty and staff attended the event.
