On March 22, 2014, Gao Yusheng, former Chinese ambassador to Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine and current deputy secretary-general of the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, visited SAIAS and gave a talk on recent developments in Ukraine.
